What information do we use?
When you contact us, we receive your name, work email, property name, location if provided, the subject of your interest and any message you choose to send. Please do not include identification documents, passwords, health information or other sensitive information in your message.
The website infrastructure also processes technical information needed to serve the website and protect it from abuse, such as connection details and server logs. The form uses a technical request identifier and a protected, hashed network identifier to limit spam and handle retries.
Why do we use it?
We use enquiry details to respond to you, discuss AppyStay and manage potential beta partnerships. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries and developing these relationships, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Where your request concerns steps before entering into a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) applies.
Technical processing supports website operation and security, based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service. Required form fields are needed to process your request; optional fields can be left blank. You can also contact us directly by email.
Does the form subscribe me to a newsletter?
No. Sending this form is a request for contact. It does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional campaigns. Any future newsletter subscription will be offered separately.
Who receives the information?
Authorised personnel at Turismo Giovanile srl handle your request. We use Brevo to organise enquiry contacts and send the notification email, and Hoststreak for website hosting. Our email service and technical providers process the information required to provide their respective services. We do not sell enquiry data.
Processing locations
Brevo publishes information about its EU database hosting locations. Hosting, support and other service-provider operations may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. You can contact hello@appystay.com for details about the providers, relevant processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements.
How long do we keep it?
We retain enquiries and correspondence for the time needed to respond and manage related discussions, and review them when they are no longer relevant. If a partnership follows, separate contractual and legal retention requirements may apply. After successful delivery, the message body is removed from the form’s local recovery record. Technical records are retained only for the operational and abuse-prevention purposes described above; failed-delivery records support recovery and follow-up.
Cookies, tracking and external content
This public website does not currently use advertising pixels, third-party analytics or newsletter tracking. Images, demonstration videos and fonts are served from our website. The contact request identifier is used for the submission process, not to track your browsing. Following external links or visiting other AppyStay services may involve different notices and settings.
Your choices and rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to hello@appystay.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Updates
We will update this notice if the website’s processing changes. The date above identifies the current version.
